Well, this first program seemed a good idea at the time. The 'egg biplane' would take off and land, and you had to burst the balloons in the shortest time possible. The balloon numbers could be selected. The landscape was a simple matrix plain, surrounded by a spherical sky. I realize now that it's probable other computer graphics cards were not showing the clouds lit up as they were on mine. The best part of the program I thought, was the way the plane could bounce of the ground ... like a ball, at the correct angles, with a 'boinnnggg' noise. If you held the elevator full down, the thing would 'boinggg ' away into the distance fainter and fainter, reminding me rather of a porpoise curving up out of the sea. The flight model was minimal and I find it a bit odd now, though it would follow the general outline of most manoeuvres. As you might guess, there is no link to an exe. here.
